We provide technical services that allow event organisers to sell tickets online.
Tickets are sold directly by the Event Organiser (individual or legal entity).
eventlbi.ie is not the event organiser and does not sell tickets itself.
The €1 platform service fee covers:
- ticket processing
- platform operation and maintenance
- administrative and technical services
The service is provided at the moment of purchase.

If a refund is initiated, the €1 platform service fee is non-refundable, as the platform service has already been provided.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed:
the Event Organiser is responsible for refunds
refund conditions are set by the Event Organiser
eventlbi.ie does not control refund decisions

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
eventlbi.ie does not store card details.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which applies its own transaction and processing fees according to its pricing.
These fees are set and deducted by Stripe, not by eventlbi.ie.
The Event Organiser is fully responsible for:
- refund policies
- issuing refunds
- handling disputes or chargebacks
If a refund is initiated:
the ticket price is refunded by the Event Organiser
the €1 platform service fee remains with eventlbi.ie
This is because the platform service has already been delivered.

eventlbi.ie reserves the right to remove or suspend events that:
breach platform content standards
include illegal, adult, violent, or misleading content
All organisers are treated equally and without discrimination.
Personal data is used for:
- ticketing and event communication
- platform operation and analytics
- marketing communications (only with consent)
Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
You can report an event via the platform.
All reports are reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken.
